COVID-19 negative test result now required for travelling to Russia

According to the explanations of Rospotrebnadzor, all foreign citizens arriving on regular flights (the issue of restoring regular flights between Russia and the UK is currently under consideration).:

-              provide a medical certificate confirming they have tested negative for COVID-19 on a Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test conducted within 3 days before arrival in Russia;  

-              in the absence of a medical document confirming a negative result of a laboratory test, they are required to have a PCR test within 3 calendar days of arrival

-              fill out a questionnaire in a special form in English or Russian on board of the aircraft to;

-              may not be allowed on board of the aircraft without a medical document confirming the negative result of a PCR test (by decision of the airline).
