Our office will be closed between 23 and 27 December (inclusive) for Christmas.
The Russian visa centre will be closed on 25 December and 31 December - 8 January 2020 (inclusive).
The Chinese visa centre will be closed on 24-26 December, 31 December - 1 January 2020 and 24-27 January 2020.
Mongolian embassy will be closed on 24-26 December, 30 December - 1 January 2020
The post office - There will be no delivery and collection service from Christmas Day through to Boxing day, however normal service will resume on Friday, December 27.
On New Year's Day there will be no deliveries or collections. In Scotland, January 2 is a bank holiday so there will be no deliveries or collections north of the border.
